Submission Guidelines for MDPI Actuators

Manuscript submissions are handled by MDPI Actuators. If the preliminary review determines that the manuscript’s topic does not align with the scope of Actuators, the editorial office will transfer the manuscript to other relevant MDPI journals within related fields to continue subsequent peer-review processes.
Publication Fee Discounts:

Papers recommended to the journal through the conference will receive a standard discount of 10%–20% (Stackable with the Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP) Discounts). Members of the Conference Committee may qualify for a full waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC).

Articles awarded the Best Student Paper Award at JCK MEMS/NEMS 2025 will receive a minimum 50% discount on the APC when recommended to the journal.

Paper Submission

Authors must submit a 2-page maximum paper in A4 size PDF format. Microsoft WORD users may download this template:. Download: Abstract_Sample_JCK2025

Participants submitting papers must register by May 31, 2025. This step collects basic presentation details and generates the conference schedule.

Send your final formatted paper to jckmemsnems@outlook.com by May 31, 2025. The Conference Secretariat will confirm receipt with the corresponding author.

All accepted papers must undergo review through either oral presentation or poster demonstration; failure to comply will result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.
Oral Presentation : The report timeframe will be finalized pending committee ratification.
Poster Presentation : The poster size must be less than W900mm x H1800mm.
Best student Paper Award
To be considered, papers must meet:

The paper is accepted by the JCK MEMS/NEMS 2025.

The first author of the paper must be a student, and the paper must be presented by the first author at the conference.
